• Payment: 25% deposit to confirm booking, balance due 90 days before arrival
• Cancellation:
  • ≥90 days before arrival → 50% refundable
  • ≤30 days before arrival → Non-refundable
• Fuel included at current prices (surcharge possible if national fuel rises)
