Being on land gives you freedom to explore Nosy Be’s charm. Some guests prefer unwinding quietly on the beach, while others dive into the island’s vibrant nightlife—sampling restaurants, meeting new people, and sharing great meals. The locals are warm and welcoming, quickly making you feel at home.

Evenings can be lively, with music, dancing, and socialising. Just remember: fishing starts early, so moderation is key. A heavy night can steal the joy from a great fishing day. Land-based fishing does have one limitation—the distance we can travel daily. We avoid long commutes so your time is spent fishing, not sailing.

🚤 The Live-Aboard Adventure

The live-aboard option is a completely different experience. Here, the boat becomes your floating home, equipped with everything you need. From the moment you arrive, you’re collected at the airport, taken to the vessel, and settled in with sundowners and dinner.

Each day is a journey, fishing your way to remote locations and mooring at peaceful overnight spots far from the crowds. This allows access to untouched fishing grounds and creates a truly immersive adventure. Afternoons are yours to enjoy—snorkelling, slow-pitch jigging, or hopping onto a small island for sundowners, music, bonfires, and a classic barbeque.

A standard trip includes five and a half days of fishing, from Monday until Saturday morning, followed by a return to Nosy Be. Saturday night is spent on land, with an early breakfast on Sunday before your flight home. Extended packages of ten or fourteen days are also available for those who want to explore even more of Madagascar’s waters.
